These terms govern the use of the website operated by İstanbul Sertifika Ofisi Danışmanlık Ltd. Şti. (the “Company”). Anyone who visits the site or uses its forms is deemed to have accepted these terms.

The descriptions of documents, legislation and processes on this site are prepared for general information. The required document or conformity assessment method may vary according to the product’s technical characteristics, intended use, HS code, target country and the relevant legislation.

For this reason, the information on the site does not by itself constitute legal, technical or regulatory advice, nor a commitment that a particular document will be obtained. The definitive requirements are determined by an assessment of the product or organisation information.

Legislation and standards may change over time. We work to keep the content current, but we do not guarantee that every piece of information on the site is complete and up to date at all times.

The Company provides consultancy and process coordination in international certification, conformity assessment, testing, inspection and surveillance processes.

The issue of the document takes place through the authorised/appropriate certification body, laboratory, inspection body or the relevant official system, according to the relevant legislation and certification programme. The certification decision belongs to those bodies.

Filling in the contact and quote forms on the site, or writing to us on WhatsApp, does not create a contract between the parties. The service relationship begins with the mutual acceptance of a written quotation setting out the scope and fee.

You are responsible for the accuracy and currency of the information you share in the forms.

The texts, visual layout, logo and other content on the site belong to the Company or its licensors. Apart from short quotations with attribution, they may not be copied, reproduced or used commercially without written permission.

Marks and names such as EAC, GOST, ISO, SASO, SABER and SONCAP mentioned on the site belong to the relevant institutions and are referred to only to describe the service.

The site contains links to third-party sites such as WhatsApp, Google Maps, social media accounts and the software support provider. Those providers are responsible for the content and privacy practices of their sites.

The Company cannot be held liable for losses arising from actions taken solely on the basis of the general information on the site, without a product-based assessment.
